GFX Art
The Western Frontier's GFX Art is the exclusive property of RAMPAGE Interactive. You are not permitted to use any GFX Art created for The Western Frontier, or any derivative works of such art, without the express written permission of RAMPAGE Interactive.
Brand and Logos
The Western Frontier brand and its logos are the exclusive property of RAMPAGE Interactive. You are not permitted to use any branding or logos associated with The Western Frontier or RAMPAGE Interactive, or any derivative works of such branding or logos, without the express written permission of RAMPAGE Interactive.
Animations and 3D Models
3D models created by Gaomory or Garsha3D, RAMPAGE Interactive employees, or Animations by AuroraMan, a RAMPAGE Interactive employee, are the exclusive property of RAMPAGE Interactive. You are not permitted to use any animations or 3D models created by Gaomory/Garsha3D/AuroraMan, or any derivative works of such animations or 3D models, without the express written permission of RAMPAGE Interactive.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Western Frontier is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. RAMPAGE Interactive and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use The Western Frontier, including but not limited to, any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of The Western Frontier.
DMCA Notices
RAMPAGE Interactive does not condone copyright infringement or any other form of intellectual property theft. If you believe that The Western Frontier or any part of it infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please send a DMCA notice to the email address provided in the documentation.
RAMPAGE Interactive will not issue DMCA's against The Western Frontier clones. No work in The Western Frontier can be legally taken down.
Asset Removal
RAMPAGE Interactive reserves the right to remove any assets from The Western Frontier, including but not limited to, models created by Gamory, the gun system, and any proprietary software, without prior notice. RAMPAGE Interactive shall not be liable for any damages arising from the removal of such assets.
Selling
Selling The Western Frontier is not allowed without written permission from RAMPAGE Interactive.
